A contract is concluded once the customer completes the checkout process.

3. Prices

All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed separately.

4. Production & Delivery

All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner Printful.

Production times may vary.

Minor deviations in color or print quality do not constitute defects.

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

6. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence unless mandatory statutory provisions apply.

If products are NOT personalized:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us via the contact formular.

You must return the goods within 14 days.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned goods.

If products ARE personalized:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
